As each product is made individually, returns or exchanges are not possible.
Replacement is provided only in cases of production defects, damage, incorrect delivery or proven lost shipments (lost in transit).
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include a clear photo. Without photo documentation, replacement cannot be issued.
